Welcome to Neviscater, a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering provided by Nevis Infosystems. By using Neviscater, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
- Services Provided
Neviscater is designed to help caterers streamline their business operations by offering features such as menu creation, quantity estimation, cost estimation, inventory management, bills management, and payments management.
- Subscription and Free Trial
Neviscater is a subscription-based service. The subscription is annual, and we do not automatically renew it. You will be required to manually renew your subscription at the end of the term to continue using the service. If you fail to renew your subscription, we will keep your data for at least 3 months so that you can resume your operations later. We reserve the right to remove your data after 3 months.
- Cancellation and Refund
You are entitled to a Free Trial period of at least 10 days, during which you can evaluate the product. We assume that the software has been subscribed only after thorough evaluation during free trial. Thus, no cancellation or refund option is available. Also, we don’t ask for any payment details during the evaluation period. Thus, no cancellation is required after the end of the Free Trial.
- Payment Processing
Payment processing for Neviscater is conducted exclusively through a third-party payment gateway. Nevis Infosystems does not store any sensitive payment information, such as credit card details or bank account information, in our database.
- Privacy Policy
To enable the users to login, we need to get their email. We also recommend you to provide your phone numbers etc. during application setup for smooth operations. The sole purpose of this data is to enable your account creation and smooth operations when you start using Neviscater. It is used for no other purpose. Our software is a multitenant model where a single database stores information for all the users. However, information of one user is not accessible to other users. We have implemented all the mechanism to ensure that one user’s data is completely hidden from other users.
- Data Security
Customer data is securely stored in the cloud and is not used for any other purpose beyond providing the Neviscater service. Multiple copies of your data are kept to prevent data loss.
- Disclaimer on Calculations and Suggestions
All calculations and suggestions provided by Neviscater are intended as hints to assist caterers in making informed decisions. Caterers retain full control over their pricing and business decisions and are responsible for cross-checking all estimations and suggestions provided by the software.
- Customer Responsibilities
As a user of Neviscater, you agree to use the software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the system.
- Limitation of Liability
Nevis Infosystems is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use Neviscater. This includes but is not limited to, losses related to business interruption, loss of profits, or data corruption.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Neviscater, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and content, are the property of Nevis Infosystems. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software as per these terms and conditions.
- Modifications to the Service
Nevis Infosystems reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Neviscater service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes. In case of discontinuation, users will be informed at least 3 months in advance. Their money will be refunded based on remaining months of their service.
- Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Neviscater if you violate these terms and conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
